Where do I park ?
     Parking downtown around the square is easy! There is a large municipal lot behind Pinpoint that is pay-to-park Mon-Fri 8pm-6pm. So chances are, if you're coming to see us at night or on Saturday or Sunday, you won't need to pay at all! Paying is easy with the ParkMobile app.

I think I got double charged?
     If you have two charges on your account from us listed under "Pending charges", chances are the first charge (that's probably less than the second charge) is what's called a "pre-authorization charge" (click here for more info) which is very common in places these days that you get to use products and services before paying for them, like hotel rooms, rental cars, gas pumps, etc. When you start a tab with us and we give your card back, that pings the pre-auth on your card, and when you sign the check at the end and leave a tip, the staff enters that tip at the end of the night, and that total is the second charge that will be posted. Unfortunately we have no control over how fast banks drop off pre-auths, and it can sometimes take two or so business days (or more days since Saturday and Sundays aren't business days to the banking world)

I forgot to close my tab! What do I do?
     Don't worry about it! If you forget to close your tab at the end of the night, we automatically close all tabs a the end of business and add a 20% gratuity to the bill. Now if you're one of those sneaky folks that likes to start a tab with a card that doesn't have enough money in your account...don't be surprised if next week you see a charge from us. We will continue to attempt to close your tab every night until it goes through. Walking on a tab is stealing and stealing is wrong kids!

How do the games work? 
   All of our machines operate with our house tokens which can be purchased at the bar. We do not have an admission fee. Games range from 50 cents to a $1 to play depending on the game. 

Can I bring my kids?
     Unfortunately no. Our liquor permit from the state of Arkansas prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from entering our establishment under normal operating hours. However, if you wanted to rent the place privately for an event, then we can make exceptions for all age entry.
